Update - I had marked on submission form that light did NOT flash on/off, but I noticed for first time last night because I was outside that light came on, flickered for a couple seconds, then went off again. It may have done that periodically since going out but the dim light of that flickering bulb wouldn't have been noticed thru closed window blinds.
