This is in concern to #16256313. 3/21/24
I don't know why it was assigned. to the Building Department
this is for the 20-mph speed limited sign when flashing
which is located on a pole on the north side of North Quincy Street.
the lower bolt of the sign has pulled away from the pole leaving only the top bolt which is now about to pull away due to the blowing winds if this sign come off it could hurt someone.
