This resident refuses to clean up the property. Grass hasn't been mowed in years. Dead animals in yard. Unregistered/stolen vehicles. Trash all over the property. Foul smells coming from residence. Inspector Smith was assigned to this on 6/16/23 and nothing has been done since. Please address this homeowner that has no respect for his neighborhood and property. Next stop is mayor Sullivan's office because this is unacceptable.
