Description

There is a huge pile of garbage in driveway for the entire winter. Along with a damaged travel trailer. The tenant is using the area to dump commercial waste from his business. The pile continues to grow and is going up the driveway towards the street. I have seen skunks, and racoons both going in and out of the pile.
