Under the BART overpass on Forest street there are at least two people camping. There is also about a truckload of rock and dirt sitting there for over a month, along with discarded carpet and assorted trash. It's really a mess and hundreds of people pass it everyday. Please address this issue, as you have admirabley in the past. Thank you.
