Since weekend power outage, traffic signal appears to be out of sync - major traffic backups in both directions on New Scotland Ave during commuting times, began happening on Monday, much worse than normal levels.

That response is confusing.
It is an intersection and it’s a traffic light- of course it’s tri colored.
Still causing backups almost 7 hours later.
