The shade tree mechanic working at the corner he is nice now to spill oil on the Street.. This work has been going on for almost a week I'm just turning our porter st block into a messy work space. The card is being worked on has been up on blocks for over 2 weeks. I don't know which government department is responsible for this someone could help by pointing outwhare this kind of low level nuisance behavior should be reported I would be grateful. Also I'm pretty sure the spelling oil in the street is illegal so if somebody could correct that complaint to the right people and appreciate that too
