Leora 3139203200 c.i stated that door tag was left for WIB and was adv that this wasn't a dwsd issue, cx stated that plumber came out and adv her that this is a dwsd issue, and drain couldn't be snaked as water is coming in from the back of the home , stated that she can smell sewage from where the alley starts, and stated DWSD was out yesterday
