Noise complaints made after normal city business hours should be made to the Hammond Police Department by dialing 911 and providing the operator with a description and location of the source of the noise along with your exact location/address, so that your complaint can be investigated by the Hammond Police Department. Please continue to provide that same information to Environmental via the 311 App.
