Bike path switches side of busy road Mid-block. Need better signage and crosswalk markings, possibly a pedestrian island to enhance visability to road users.

Cars speed down this section of road to avoid the commonly backing up section of I-95. Better visibility is needed at this mid-block crosswalk for the Fairfax County Parkway bicycle path.
