Residents next door to me haven’t taken their garbage to the curb in months and it’s starting to build up and smell really bad… trash cans used to be near the curb and get emptied regularly. Someone moved them to the side of their house and no one seems to take the initiative to empty garbage… smell is getting bad and can only imagine how summer will be living next to this if it’s not fixed.
