A Tesla employee parked in a handicap space that was open with a handicap tag for parking. He called to complain because a manager at what he believes is the Plumbery came out to tell him he had to move because he is not a customer. He said he can park there because he has the handicap tag. She said he has to move or she would tow his car. He wanted me to report this and see if someone can speak to the Mgr at the store.
