There are three poor condition vehicles at this address and at any given time 2 of the three are not running vehicles. currently, one has the hood cracked open and is hooked up to some cord. The truck hasn't moved in days and the back cover is broken. the third car, a black lincoln has a flat tire every other day and is often left in the street for days on end with a flat tire. This entire block is fed up with this real life junkyard. I may have to list my house for sale soon and I will need top dollar for it. No one is going to want to pay north of $400k when Fred Sanford is living across the street with his piece of SH** vehicles. AT least two of these cars generally speaking don't run, they are sitting effectively abandoned in a driveway. He has been warned about this many times. Can you please send this home a letter and ask them to either repair these vehicles to running vehicles or sell them/remove them from the property if all they are going to do is sit there disabled.
