Right now, A man climbed and wedged himself between two buildings pulling out garage onto the street and sidewalk. It's mostly bike parts. The man has a baby stroller and yelled at me about his "ipod" being stolen.

Cars swerve around the junk as he throws it into the street.

This is located near the Van Ness end of Hickory between the white building and the tan colored 77 Van Ness building.
