Description

There is a huge pot hole in between 76 and 78 Alexander Ave San Rafael. Lots of neighbors have lost hub caps. Its now getting bigger. It was covered over with tar very poorly. The right side of the pot hole is very deep now the left side is deep. Its been this way for the last month. Does the city reimburse you for property damage? Lost hub cap?
