The resident at 839 Parkview Court has a dog that they are continuously allow to roam around freely. He is never on a leash and is unsupervised when outside. This wouldn’t be a problem if the dog was in a fenced in yard but he’s not. It appears that the dog owner thinks the entire subdivision is the dog’s yard. The young boy living at 843 Parkview Court has already been terrorized by the dog. I myself am prepared to use pepper spray if necessary because I am also afraid of dogs. Please make the owner at 839 Parkview Court understand that their dog must be supervised and controlled when he’s outside. I’ve tried talking to the owner on numerous occasions but the situation and concern continues.
