The "Do Not Enter" sign at the end of of Racine Street, at Telegraph, has been covered in graffiti for weeks. It is also too low to the ground. Drivers frequently enter Racine Street here despite the sign, and its poor condition and positioning provides a potential excuse. The sign needs to be more visible.
