3/16/24 - the new business within this this facility is running a rental hall which the existing parking lot cannot accommodate their guests. As a result, 15+ vehicles are parked along the residential street of Michigan Dr.

Article 23 section 1 of city ordinances:
"Whenever a use or an activity requiring off street parking is created, enlarged or increased in activity or intensity, off-street parking spaces shall be provided on site and maintained as required by this ordinance"S.
