NEIGHBOR HAS 3 VEHICLES 2 WITH HANDICAP STICKERS 1 OF WHICH IS DISABLED HAS BEEN PARKED FOR 1 YEAR. JUST PURCHASED A NEW VEHICLE. THE HOUSEHOLD ONLY HAS 1 DRIVER. THIS IS A VERY SMALL ONE WAY STREET, HEY YOU YOUR NEIGHBORS NEED A PARKING SPOT. ALSO THERES ANOTHER DISABLED VEHICLE THAT BELONGS TO ANOTHER RESIDENCE THAT HAS NOT MOVED FOR 3 MONTHS ,
