WHY ISN"T SOMETHING BEING DONE? SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET HURT, AND THE CITY HAS BEEN ON NOTICE FOR OVER A YEAR. MONTILLIOS HAS TAKEN OVER A PART OF THE CITY PROPERTY. CONSTRUCTED A BUILDING AGAINST THE SIDEWALK WITH CONTAINERS, MAKING THEM PERMANENT WITH UTILITYS. AND NO PERMITS AT ALL. DOES GORGE PAYOFF GO ALL THE WAY UP?
