  ​The property has been inspected and there is a confirmed violation of the Tacoma Municipal Code. A Notice of Violation will be mailed to the property owner. The City will continue re-inspections and other enforcement action until the case is closed. If the property owner does not bring the property into compliance per the Tacoma Municipal Code, the City may take legal action and correct the code violation(s) at the owner’s expense.
