These two tour buses have been idling for more than 3 hours right next to the two plug-ins at Merrill Auditorium. The diesel exhaust is a public health hazard impacting City Hall staff and nearby residents. Also nearby, a playground and Portland High. The city dictates what theses buses can and can’t do but continues to allow them to idle in a no idling zone thereby condoning this unnecessary public health hazard.
