People are congregating in the front of my steps and sidewalk being EXTREMELY loud, drinking and selling drugs. It is all my upstairs neighbors people. The police were called due to another issue with them involving parking that turned into a fight. They are out there and waking my son up. Please come. The police told me not to engage them when they were here last time.
