Lights are out at St. Charles and Second St. on both river and lake side of St. Charles Ave.

Update 10/4/12....Lights are out on St. Charles from First to Third.....this probably contributed to the opportunity for the armed robbery at First & St. Charles the other night. Please get these fixed!!!!

Update 11/27/12....Lights are still out on the entire two-block area.....what will it take to get some action?
