The traffic light heading eastbound on Weatherly to cross Bailey Cove is green for less than 20 seconds. I was the second car back and it turned yellow as I was driving under it. That light is normally significantly longer - enough to clear all traffic heading eastbound on Weatherly. Instead, it took me three cycles and I was only the 5th car back.
