Description

I was Southbound on I-75 on the off-ramp at exit 169 trying to take Arkwright to Kroger. While stuck on the on-ramp at 7AM, I had to wait for the light at Riverside and Arkwright to change 5 times before I could even make it off of the off-ramp. Those two lights need to be coordinated to allow the off-ramp to clear. The cars coming from the other side of the interstate don't allow enough cars to exit with each cycle.
