When cars enter the parking lot in the new orange building, they often have no way of seeing bike lane traffic due to cars parked in the two street parking spots to the right of the building. When cars leave the lot, it's tough to see cars coming down M street due to these same parked cars. Is only a matter of a time before a biker bikes into a car entering the lot, or matter of time until a car leaving the lot t-bones a car going down M. Mirrors needed at street level to show lot cars blind spots entering or leaving, or two parking spaces in front of building entrance needs to be made no parking.
