This area appears to be privately owned property. Because this is private property it will be the owners responsibility to clean up the debris.

I have high doubts the owner will do anything as the garbage on their land is not from them but possibly from the construction work nearby. It is not all on private land. I just used the pointer for a general locatoin. Most all the streets and access roads going into Riverstone are scattered with garbage. Being a resident of the area I pick up what I can but its now out of control. I will provide photos in my next response.

Also, the Neighbourhood Association for Cobblestone / Riverstone have a City Scrub event scheduled for this Sunday at 1:30 p.m.
