owners never remove their recycle or the trash bins from the street. this request has been put in many times and nothing has been done yet. we still have less parking and trashy bins in the street. should we all start putting our trash in the street cuz it would be a lot easier thanshould we all start putting our trash in the street cuz it would be a lot easier.
