Welcome! The Portsmouth Click n’ Fix application enables you to request public works maintenance service. Please be advised that this citizen service request form is for non-emergency service issues only. Should your service request require immediate attention, you should dial 427-1530.
There are six steps to submitting a service request:
Step 1 - Launch the Portsmouth Click n’ Fix app and tap the “Report” button
Step 2 - Confirm the location of the service request. If you are not at the location enter the address closest to the location of the requested service.
Step 3 - Choose the appropriate “Category” for the service request.
Step 4 - Choose any secondary question responses to help us better understand the request.
Step 5 - Enter additional comments, attach a photo & verify the information you entered.
Step 6 - Tap “Send Report” to submit the service request
After you submit your request, you will receive an email with a Service Request ID for reference purposes. City personnel will review your request and respond as resources allow. If you want to check on the status later, you'll need the Service Request ID. We appreciate your request and thank you for helping to improve the City of Portsmouth.
