Description

Beautiful boulder destroyed by (most likely) homeless or vagabonds, led to this, once beautiful city, by city officials who will not crack down on our massive homeless problem. Now these once beautiful landscapes are destroyed, like this boulder next to the road. Why does the city DO NOTHING?!
