Description

Officer R Engelkes works often with the Boys and Girls Club on E 29th St & S Columbus Blvd and has major concerns with the conditions there as kids are having to walk near paraphernalia such as syringes, and the area smells of urine and feces. Caller asking for help doing a clean up in the area as this bridge leads directly to one of the entrances of the clubhouse.
