This may not be codes. Home dweller has erected basketball hoop right at the street. Multiple children now play basketball in the street creating a traffic and pedestrian hazard I this very busy area.

I believe there is a CO that forbids play by children in the street....AS the street is for cars and 6th Ave south has Fast cars.
Fast cars could mean dead children....
