I originally reported the need to trim dead limbs on this city street tree on July 28, 2014. Nine months later and the city has taken no action. Dead limbs continue to fall. Previously, a dead limb fell and caused $6,000 in damage to a parked vehicle. City claimed no responsibility because it was unaware there was an issue despite previous notifications.
