Property owner/Landlord needs to be responsible as it is his/her job to make sure zoning laws are followed on their property. "Garret's Carpentry and Drywall" has 1 Glen Arden listed as business address at the BBB site and other sites. Property is a mess, Large containers related to business destroying yard, This is not business zoned, it is a residential neighborhood. Please make landlord address this right away.
