The curb suddenly appears with no transition - narrowing it significantly where a ten unit townhouse has its only access to the street - creating a right of way nightmare!!!

Work Order Completed in Infor by 127420 on 2015-04-30T10:10:36.000-05:00 with comments - OBSERVATION:
An investigation was conducted on 4/29/15 at 10:03am at 429 W 26th for Raised Pavement Makers. I emailed the requestor but did not receive a response. The requestor through the COH App stated: The developer put a curb up that severely limits use of the street by existing residences - eliminates multiple parking places and narrows traffic to barely one lane without any transition. The streets are asphalt paved, with gutters in a residential/commercial area. The traffic volume at this time was moderate. W 26th is an east and west bound street. During the investigation, it was noted that there is construction taken place on the streets and on the new homes on W 26th. Due to the construction that is taken place, this street can be reinvestigated once the construction on the street is completed.
