That is State property and they would be responsible for cleanup. Any reporting would have to be done to them directly as they do not monitor this app.

This has been report to the State of NH. We are awaiting their response and plan of action to clean this up.

I’ve almost seen someone get hit by a car crossing the highway to get here, so waiting for safer access definitely makes sense. It looks like they are accessing the highway through a hole in the fence
