Description

The 6900-block of the feeder road (Atlantic Ave) is flooding up to 5 - 6 inches deep on the west side of road in front of 6908 and 6914 Atlantic Ave. Most of the water appears to be flowing from south to north and collecting in middle of the block. There is a drain on west side between 6902 and 6906 Atlantic Ave but water is bypassing it. There is another drain at end of the block on west side at intersection with 70th Street, but water in question never flows that far. It looks to me like an additional drain is needed on west side of feeder road in middle of the block, which is the lowest elevation in the block.
