Description

This light at Royal Forest and Kingwood drive needs to be addressed. This street is about to see a huge influx of traffic with the Northpark street being under major construction. Many times the light at Royal Forest is green and the light ahead of it at 494 is red - or vice versa. Additionally I challenge that this light is even needed anymore. There is no longer a Randalls grocery store and there is another exit to this shopping center. We need some efficiencies at this intersection so traffic can get out of Kingwood without major delays. This is always backed up without Northpark construction commencing yet.
