All of the other freeway underpasses have fences. Can both sides of 55th street please be
cleaned and fenced? Maybe we need to do a petition?

Another way to say it is: Is this a trash cleanup request or a request for social services? Maybe the person(s) living there could be given a bus ticket, too -- that'd really make the problem go away, right....? So many layers....

Yes, please do something about this. It's been there for a long long time. It is a very creepy place to have to pass through... which I do as quickly as possible.
