side and rear of STRUCTURE DUE TO CONTINUED DETERIORATION OF THE UNDERLYING WOOD. the front siding is shifting due to same ROTTED WOOD ON PORCH FLOOR DECKING
ROOF OVERHANG AND RAFTER TAILS. FOUNDATION appear BROKEN ROTTED WOOD on all the structures at location broken fencing large whole in exterior at rear of main building rear clearly visible from road junk and trash on side and far rear balconies in rear unit severely deteriorated flooring and unsafe fall/collapse risk small children rent here could be catastrophe
