Beschreibung
The northbound lane on Second Street had several potholes that were filled but have developed into a sinkhole. The police department put traffic cones around and in the hole for cars to avoid it. The hole is in front of the entrance to the Creative Studies school and causes traffic problems during pick-up and drop-off times.
