Thank you very much for the prompt response and action! I am impressed with the speediness with which this issue was resolved. The tree was damaged enough that it was cut down entirely (which I expected after taking another look). Do I need to submit a new request to have the stump removed and a new tree planted or can I plant a tree myself?
