Deskripsyon

At corner of 41st and Howe. 60% of the sidewalk in front of CVS changes from concrete to dirt. Why???? This is a busy city sidewalk. There is senior housing apartments about 150 yards from this spot. I know a gentleman who fell here and never reported it. He was in the hospital for a week. The dirt is not even. It dips over 12 inches at on spot. Why is Oakland allowing this? Why?

I've nearly tripped passing this is at night. It's really hard to see and could easily be filled in with concrete. Thanks for reporting.
