Sharraxaadda

I live just around the corner from Anastasia's and while I applaud them for doing a nice job with their outside seating, the truck parked constantly outside has to go. Its an eye sore, it has busted tires and windows........not sure what we can do about it but it isn't right. I'll upload photos as soon as I can. Any assistance would be appreciated. Today I saw another truck of theirs that runs and was delivering. This one just sits there and while they store stuff in it. It should go. That is the street and not owned by them. It also causes cars to double park outside and hinders cars getting by. I have had enough of it.
