This spot on Galahad has been persistently wet since we thawed out from the ice/snow storm the week of Jan 15th. Even when there are no other wet spots on the road, this spot remains. It's on a slope, so it's not the result of water pooling in a low spot. I think it would be worth looking into as a small leak in the water line.
