For the second week in a row, trash has not been collected. I am paying for solid waste collection for no reason if I constantly have to take my own trash to the dumpster. Please fix ASAP.

Good afternoon,
I see that today is your collection day. The trucks are still out working at this time. I will check with the Route Supervisor to see if they have been in your area yet. Please call anytime you believe there is a problem. I do not see anything from last week.
Please leave the can out at the curb until it is collected.
