Is the section of Forest Hill between Westover Hills Blvd and Powhite going to be re-paved after all the work that's been done? it's horrible to drive on and there are numerous potholes that are continuously filled but then come back within a week or so. Also is Leicester Rd. (the dead end section) going to be paved after the work that's been done?
