It's really time for the DPW to address the terrible street/pothole conditions on N. Liberty St. at Lily St.; Upper York St., between 5 corners and the Mill; and on New Lane near Woodbury Lane, to name a few. A couple of shovelfuls of hot tar is not the answer. These are big areas needing repair, with a crew, a truck full of hot tar, and a roller. Who is out surveying these trouble spots, and making a list for Victor to address?
