Please explain why this case is "INVALID?" These trucks are in long-term storage in a blighted lot. If this graffiti is allowed to remain, the vandals will cut through the fence and graffiti all adjoining buildings (they hit 2 of 3 last night). To which agency should this be reported?
And please as you compose a reply, remember that I'm the taxpayer and you're being paid with tax money to help fix these issues, not "close cases."
This graffiti is marked on private property without the consent of the owner(s) and is visible from the public right of way. Let's get an inspector to cite the vehicle owners, the property owner on which these temporary structures are stored or both.
